Privacy policy

Account information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and password (stored only as a secure hash — never in plain text).

Workspace content you create: buildings, units, tenants, contracts, invoices, and payment records. This is your data, stored encrypted, and it stays inside your private workspace.

All information we collect is stored encrypted, both in transit and at rest.

To provide the service: storing and displaying your properties, sending invoices and reminders, and processing payments.

To communicate with you about your account, security, and important changes to the service.

To improve Moftahy. We never sell your personal data or your workspace content to anyone.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Workspaces are isolated — nobody outside your workspace can see your data, including other Moftahy customers.

Access is invite-only. You decide who joins your workspace and whether they can edit or only view.

We use trusted infrastructure providers (such as our database and email delivery partners) strictly to operate the service. They process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, and all data stored with them is encrypted.

Online payment is handled by our payment processor; card details are never stored on Moftahy's servers.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data — including your account and all associated data — at any time.
