Refund & cancellation Policy

No lock-in, no surprises. Here's exactly what happens when you subscribe, cancel, or come back.

Cancel monthly, any time

Subscriptions are billed month to month. You can cancel whenever you like — there's no long-term contract and no cancellation fee.

Your data stays — read-only

When you cancel, you don't lose anything. Your workspaces become read-only: you can still view every building, unit, contract, and payment — you just can't edit or add new ones until you resubscribe.

01Billing cycle

Paid plans (Pro) are billed on a monthly basis from the day you subscribe. Each payment covers the month ahead.

02Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid month, so you keep full access for the time you've already paid for.

At the end of that month, your account moves to read-only access for your workspaces — no further charges are made.

03What read-only means

After cancellation you keep full visibility of your data: every workspace, building, unit, tenant, contract, and payment record remains available to view and export.

You won't be able to create or edit records, add tenants, or send invoices until you resubscribe. Nothing is deleted — resubscribe and you pick up exactly where you left off.

04Refunds

Because plans are monthly and you can cancel any time, we generally don't provide refunds for the current month — but you keep access until that month ends.

If you were charged in error or believe something isn't right, email info@moftahy.net within 14 days and we'll make it right.
